Construction of a municipal house in Libeň

Our studio was successful in the tender for the preparation of complete project documentation for the new building of a municipal house in Libeň (part of the municipality of Libeř) in the Central Bohemia region.

The PD will address the removal of the existing building no. 8 Libeň in the central part of the village and the construction of a new Municipal house on the ground plan of the original building. It will be a single-storey building with a residential attic. On the ground floor there will be a social hall and related sanitary facilities, a kitchen, storeroom, etc. There is also a small hospitality room with the possibility of a functional connection to the hall and garden. Last but not least, a rentable space (layout as a GP's office) with its own entrance. Three housing units will be created in the attic.

The work will take place over the next 8 months.
